What is a sworn translation?
A sworn translation is produced by a translator who has taken an oath before a court of appeal. Each page is signed and stamped by the sworn translator, which makes the translation officially valid for embassies, consulates, universities and other administrations. BTG works directly with a sworn translation office based in Germany, so every document on this page is delivered with the certification format that German consulates and universities expect.
Pricing
Prices depend on the document type. Express delivery costs a little more than Standard for the same document. The form below calculates the exact total as you add documents.

Business days only - weekends and public holidays in Cameroon and Germany are not counted. Payment via Orange Money or SEPA bank transfer. The payment reference is requested at the end of the form.

Pay via Orange Money or bank transfer
Choose Orange Money or SEPA bank transfer, send the exact amount using the details shown after you submit the form, then paste the payment reference back into the form. Translation starts as soon as we confirm the payment.

Receive your translation
Within the chosen delivery window, we send you a secure link to download the sworn-translated PDF, signed and stamped by the sworn translator. Hard copies can be requested separately.
Scan quality
Please upload only clean, legible scans. Stamps, signatures, names, dates and official mentions must be visible. Poor scan quality can delay or block the translation.
About delivery times
Delivery times count business days only. Weekends and public holidays in Cameroon and Germany are excluded. Files received outside business hours start the count on the next business day. Poor scan quality or missing pages can extend the delay.
