About BridgeTalent Globus
We connect ambitious talent from Africa with companies, institutions and education pathways in Germany. Through structured guidance, transparent processes, and dedicated support, we turn complex international mobility into a clear, achievable pathway - for talent and for partners alike.
A structured process, not chance
BridgeTalent Globus supports every step between Africa and Germany - from clarifying needs through preparation to integration on the ground. With our own presence in Cameroon, Burkina Faso and Germany, and a dedicated partner for sworn translations.
How we work, and what we will never do
Mobility decisions affect lives and families. BridgeTalent Globus operates by a charter that every candidate, employer, and partner can rely on. These six principles guide every conversation, every file we open, and every commitment we make.
Transparency
No hidden fees, no purchased appointments, no falsified documents. Every step has a stated price, a clear purpose, and an honest timeline.
Integrity
The final decision on a visa or admission always belongs to the official authorities. We prepare candidates rigorously so they succeed on merit - never by shortcut.
Equity
Same standards, same support, regardless of family means or social background. We serve the candidate's potential, not their wallet.
Confidentiality
Personal data is collected only for the application process, stored securely in the European Union, and never shared with third parties without explicit consent.
Commitment
From the first consultation through arrival and integration, we do not abandon a file mid-process. If a candidate hits a wall, we find the route together.
Compliance
Our methods are aligned with German immigration law, recognized vocational standards, and the principles of fair recruitment from sending countries.
Sectors We Cover
Sectors we prepare talent for - and that our company partners recruit from.
Vocational Training in Germany
Professional training (Ausbildung) in Germany is remunerated, generally between 1,100 and 1,500 EUR/month in the first year, with progressive increases. This provides financial autonomy from the start.
