For companies & partners

Attract international talent without carrying the entire preparation effort on your own.

BridgeTalent Globus supports companies, education providers, clinics, care institutions and public bodies in building international talent acquisition in a structured way. We help with clarifying needs, preselection, language and organisational preparation, administrative process support, and arrival and integration in Germany.

The result is not a stream of random applications but prepared talent profiles with clear motivation, realistic expectations and a better fit with vocational training, studies or work.

BridgeTalent Globus - structured cooperation between our team and partner institutions
Preparation
Relief

Structured preselection

Not a pile of profiles, but talent that clearly fits, with reasons you can follow.

Administrative relief

Clear steps, coordinated processes and less preparation effort.

Integration before & after arrival

Preparation in the country of origin and support toward a stable start.

Fair & rule-compliant

Transparent processes, clear roles and realistic expectations.

Our approach

Five building blocks that build on one another. You decide which of them you need.

01Analysis

Clarifying the need

First we clarify together what is really needed: which profiles you are looking for, how many people are realistic, which timeline fits your processes and which language level you require. Without that foundation, expectations get set that nobody can meet later on.

02Quality

Preselection

We identify suitable talent and preselect according to the criteria agreed with you beforehand. You do not receive a pile of profiles, you receive a selection with reasons you can follow.

03Language

Preparation

Before the first contact with you, the talent works on language, motivation, orientation about everyday work and training in Germany, and interview readiness. That shortens your onboarding and makes conversations more meaningful.

04Relief

Taking process load off you

We reduce your administrative load: structured dossiers instead of loose paperwork, clear deadlines, coordinated steps between everyone involved. The decision stays with you, the coordination sits with us.

05Retention

Integration

Our support does not end with the offer. We prepare in the country of origin and keep supporting after arrival, so that a start becomes a stay.

Legal framework

BridgeTalent Globus works as a process partner. We clarify needs, prepare talent, structure documentation and support the steps along the way. We do not promise outcomes that other authorities are responsible for, and we do not hold out commitments we cannot keep.

Transparency runs both ways. Talent learns early what is realistic and what is not. Partners learn early where our role ends. That clarity is why processes with us start more slowly and fail less often afterwards.

Special rules apply in Germany to health and care professions. Under §38 BeschV, an annex of 55 countries is reserved to the Bundesagentur für Arbeit for recruitment and placement into these professions. As a matter of policy, BridgeTalent Globus does not carry out this kind of placement for any candidate. What we offer is process support: clarifying needs, preparation, structuring and integration.
