BTG Acceleration Program
Our local preparation and support model for candidates pursuing Ausbildung, university, and skilled worker pathways to Germany. The Acceleration Program runs through country-specific Hubs — our first Hub operates in Burkina Faso.
The BTG Acceleration Program is our local preparation and support model for candidates pursuing Ausbildung, university, and skilled worker pathways to Germany. Through country-specific Hubs — starting with Burkina Faso — we help candidates prepare faster, organize their documents, build language readiness, and receive in-person guidance before starting their mobility journey.
Hub Program — Burkina Faso
What the Hub does for candidates

We assess your profile, validate the right pathway, and plan a realistic timeline.
Document preparation
Translation, authentication, and certification — handled end-to-end with our local partners.
German language readiness
Structured A1-to-B2 progression with local language partners and mock examinations.
Interview & embassy preparation
Coaching, simulations, and document drills before the visa appointment.
Application support
School and employer applications, visa file assembly, ongoing case follow-up.
Pre-departure briefing
Logistics, expectations, cultural readiness, and the first 30 days in Germany.
Why Burkina Faso
Burkina Faso is BridgeTalent Globus's first operational hub — the place where our methods were built, tested, and proven before we extend them across the continent.
Operational depth
We know the schools, the institutions, the families, and the daily realities of mobility from Burkina Faso. Years of working on the ground means our process is calibrated to local context, not imported from a glossy headquarters.
A Francophone gateway
Anchoring in Burkina Faso positions BTG to serve the wider Francophone West African region — Mali, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Cameroon — where talent is abundant and German demand is high but structured pathways are scarce.
A patient, principled approach
Mobility is not transactional. We chose to start where we could be present, accountable, and visible to the candidates and families who trust us with their futures.
